A Message From the GRC Fundraising Elves... Twas the night before springtime, and at the German House They were thinking Crew Gala, for supporters (plus spouse)!
GRC rowers, sportin red shirts and red caps Were planning a new boathouse, finally, on the map. The children of Brighton were dreaming of crew seasons With visions of new shells-sure would be pleasin’.
A boathouse and new equipment, for rowers, these matter, So Brighton and GRC came together amid chatter. Now Nancy, now Karen, Beth S., the Julies two, Tim G., Lisa G., go onward follow Sue. With computers and pads, they flew like a flash; To brainstorm ideas, to generate cash.
Beth and Dan say one hundred, each ticket admits two; Includes a shot at 5,000, plus food and drink too!
March 20th is the date to mark on your calendar Rows of items to bid upon, come down, don’t meander.
